Unlocking the Secret to Crafting Your Perfect Morning Routine for the New Year!

This year 2025, I want to unlock the woman I want to be by crafting a morning routine that works for me and my lifestyle! So I can show up and become the woman I've always wanted to be. I want to share six simple steps that could help you make your morning routine a true success:



  1. Setting Good Intentions the Night Before!

Set your day with good intentions! The night before, make a list of to-do's in your planner that you would like to accomplish for the day. If you are a person who may struggle with completing tasks throughout the day. I would suggest starting small with one task each day, and then working your way up once you feel comfortable completing two or more tasks a day. I've seen such a difference in my routine when listing my 
intentions for the day the night before.




  1. Stop Hitting the Snooze Botton!

I will be honest, I have never been a morning girl, Ever! Staying in bed because you are constantly tired and do not want to get out of the comfort of your bed. It will start your day on the wrong foot! Find a sleeping schedule that works for your everyday lifestyle. To add, Be realistic as well, if you are not a person who does not like to get up at 5 a.m. I would not recommend instead  I would start small, such as seven or eight o'clock in the morning if those specific times work for you and your schedule. So that you can get the well much-needed rest to start your day!



  1. Take a Few Moments for Yourself!

Before you start your day make sure you take a few moments to yourself to unwind before deciding to go hop on social media when you first wake up in the morning.  Instead, listen to a podcast, motivational speaking video, or devotional that will help you get your day started.  I know this sounds easier said than done since it's really hard cutting out a habit that's not healthy for you. But I would recommend putting a setting on your phone that limits the amount of time you spend on social media throughout the day. I am aware that iPhones do have these settings but I am not certain if Androids do this as well.

Take a moment to yourself to breathe and be one with yourself. So you're able show up to become your best self!



  1. Take those Vitamins Gworl!

I know many of us cannot stand taking vitamin supplements and I know I am certainly one of them. But I am in space in my life as a Twenty-six-year-old woman and I must take my health more seriously. This year I am planning on taking vitamin supplements or multivitamins that will prolong my health in the future. I am still looking for vitamins that will work for me, if you have any suggestions please let me know in the comments! If you are looking for vitamin supplements that work for you I would recommend researching and consulting with a physician for more information.



  1. What Gives You Enjoyment??!

Find a hobby that will get you excited to start your day early! What is an activity that you want to desperately try out but are afraid to do so? Is it going to the gym? Trying out that new pilates class in your area? Booking a pottery class? Reading the new book that you always wanted to read? Whatever that thing may be. Give it a try, you might like it! Find that new thing that will inspire you to become a better version of yourself in the future by surrounding yourself with a community of people that will help you grow. But will give you that sense of enjoyment and filament to start your day by having a moment to yourself on the right foot.


  1. Continue to Give Yourself Grace!

These are some of the suggestions that I have crafted into my morning routine while working towards a healthier lifestyle. But always do what's best for you and your everyday lifestyle.  Continue to give yourself grace as you are working towards becoming the woman you've wanted to be. Try not to be so hard on yourself when working towards those goals you have set for yourself. I believe in you and the woman you are working so hard to become! We're doing this journey together.
