Hey gworl! Here's a few ideas for us ladies to pour into ourselves after a long week. Here's a list of seven ideas that can make yourself feel at your best while filling your cup. 1. Taking a nice bubble Bath
2. Getting pampered ( Massage, Facial, Hair, and Nails )
3. Writing in your Journal
4. Binging your favorite Tv show's and movie 's
5. Reading a book or Magazine
6. Buying a bouquet of flowers
7. Taking yourself on a date ( Art class, Dinner date, etc.)
